Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
